The Cobra Bayaning Pilipino People's Choice Award is being given by ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs and the Asia Brewery Inc.- Cobra in cooperation with the UGAT Foundation. The award is meant to rally more interest through the call out for active viewer participation. It also allows the recognized projects to be given more coverage and helps to push the UGAT Foundations vision of giving recognition to modern - day heroes by allowing more exposure on ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs platforms. The winner will receive P50,000.
